PURPOSE:To prevent a cable from inflecting owing to the turning of an antenna rod, by supporting an antenna rod independently of the cable. CONSTITUTION:An operation lever 7 is turned in a loose direction in order to set an antenna rod L at the best reception position, and an upper supporter 4 is released from the clamping force of a lower supporter 1. Consequently, the upper supporter 4 turns in a vertical plane around the operation lever 7 to be set at a desired turning position, and then the operation lever 7 is turned in a clamping direction to hold the antenna rod L at a desired angle. Further, nuts N and N are turned off to allow the lower supporter 1 to turn in a horizontal plane to and away from a supporting base 8, and said operations are performed in combination to select the best reception position. During said turning operation, only the side of the antenna rod L is movable and the side of a cable C is fixed invariably at its position, so that the cable C never inflects during the operation of the antenna rod L. |
