PURPOSE:To prevent performance drop due to local temperature rise and pyrolysis in the working fluid in such a way that heating of an evaporator in a Rankine engine is done by using a contact combustor which applies a catalyzer, and its maximum combustion temperature is repressed to 400-600 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:Rankine cycle is formed in such a way that an expansion groove 1, a condenser 3 equipped with a cooling fan 2, a pressure pump 4, and an evaporator 6 equipped with a contact combustor 9 in which mixed gas composed of fuel preheated through a preheating heat exchanger 7 in which after-heat from the evaporator 6 is used and air is brought into contact and combustion are gradually connected by freon group working fluid. Thus, maximum combustion temperature is controlled to 400-600 deg.C which is the reaction temperature of the catalyzer 8. |
