PURPOSE:To uniformly discharge a powdery or granular material under low torque, by dropping the material onto a fixed disc through the opening of a rotary circular tray and using a scraping blade mounted on the bottom of the tray, to scrape and drop the material from the fixed disc. CONSTITUTION:Before a powdery or granular material is discharged, the material in a housing 1 drops onto a fixed disc 9 through the opening 7 of a rotary circular tray 3 so that the material stops at a predetermined angle of repose. When the tray 3 rotated, the powdery or granular material on the fixed disc 9 is pushed and moved outwards by an arc-shaped scraping blade 5 integrated with the tray and drops onto another rotary circular tray 11 through the opening 10 of the fixed disc 9 so that the material is discharged through an outlet port 13. Since the opening 7 is located behind the scraping blade 5 in the direction of its rotation, the opening always follows the scrape removal of the powdery or granular material. Because the opening 7 is revolved, the material is uniformly dropped and discharged. |
