PURPOSE:To prevent flection of a sheet in its width direction, in sheet conveyer for a copying machine and the like, by arranging an auxiliary conveying means moving to the width direction of the sheet in accordance with the sheet moving to the upstream side of a sheet conveying direction. CONSTITUTION:A sheet conveyer is constituted such that a conveying roll 6 is forcibly contacted to a conveying roller 5 by a spring 9, and its forward direction is diagonally provided by an offset angle theta of a fixing roller 12 with a sheet, further formed rotatable by a driving source through a gear 4, while the roll 6 is arranged movable with thrust by a prescribed distance l to a shaft 71. The sheet is held between the conveying roll 6 and the conveying roller 5, and the roll is driven and rotated till the sheet is bitten by the fixing roller 12. If the sheet goes into the fixing roller 12, its forward direction is moved to the direction of the offset angle theta and tilted then moved by the distance l to the length direction. In this way, flection of the sheet is moderated. Thus flection in the width direction of the sheet can be prevented. |
