PURPOSE:To eliminate abnormal deviation of the electric potential of a substrate, by connecting each substrate of two pieces of MOS field effect transistors to one end of each transistor, and making these connections symmetrical to the connecting point of both transistors. CONSTITUTION:An analog switch is composed of two MOS field effect transistors (FET) 21 and 22. One end of each FET is connected with each other and the other end of the FET 21 is connected with an input terminal 11 and that of the other FET 22 is connected with one end of the primary coil 13p of a transformer 13. Each substrate of the FETs 21 and 22 are connected with a connecting point 23. The gate of each FET 21 and 22 is connected with each other and both ends of the secondary coil 15S of a transformer 15 are connected with the gates and the connecting point 23, respectively. Under this configuration, a switch control signal is impressed upon the gates of the FETs 21 and 22. |
