PURPOSE:To enable to stably supply ink over a long period of time by a structure wherein every ink supply passage peculiar to each of a plurality of ink jet heads is connected to one and same ink tank and as well as every passage is rendered to have nearly equal length one another. CONSTITUTION:Each of the ink jet heads 101-1, 101-2...101-n has a plurality of discharging holes 103 to flyingly discharge ink and an ink junction chamber 102 communicating to the discharging holes 103. Supply pipes 113-1, 113-2...113-n and 114-1, 114-2...114-n to supply the ink 105 in an ink tank 104 to the heads 101-1, 101-2...101-n respectively are provided and non-return valves 115-1, 115-2... 115-n and 116-1, 116-2...116-n are also provided in the supply pipes 113-1, 113-2... 113-n respectively. Furthermore, the length of each supply pipe is made in as nearly as same length one another. |
