PURPOSE:To contrive re-use of chips of urethane bumper and rejected products in such a way that chip powder coming out of the cut layer after forming a urethane bumper is mixed with the specific rate in a plastic raw material, and molded. CONSTITUTION:50 mesh of powder is formed by pulverizing cut chips after forming a urethane bumper. The powder in 40wt% and approximately 3mm. angular pellet of polypropylene in 60wt% are thrown in through the raw material throw- in port of an injection molding machine. Then, they are heated and mixed together in the range of 160-190 deg.C in the hopper of the injection molding machine, and are heated up at four steps in the range of 200-250 deg.C from the hopper toward a nozzle. Since the heated-up material is injected through the nozzle into a forming mold, and the forming mold is constantly cooled to approximately 30 deg.C, the heated-up material is cooled, so that it can be formed into an injection- molded interior base material for automobile. |
