PURPOSE:To improve distributive transport performance of fine powder, in the method for supplying the fine powder to a blast furnace from a pressurized vessel, by constituting a device in such a manner that a pressurized tank is held at constant pressure, and a transport quantity of gas to a transport pipe is controlled on the basis of a pressure difference due to a pressure drop in the transport pipe. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized gas is supplied to a fluidizing bed 3 and aerator 10 in a pressure tank, filled with gramules from a pressure regulating valve 6, and be pressure of the gas is increased. main valves VO1-VON are opened to supply carrier gas to transport pipes T1-TN, and the granules are transported to a blast furnace or the like from the inside of the tank 1 thorugh the transport pipes T1-TN. Here the pressure drop in each transport pipe T1-TN is detected by pressure difference adjusting meters DELTAPC1-DELTAPCN, and input to flow regulators FC1-FCN to adjust flow regulating valves VF1-VFN. In this way, the transpostation of granules in equal or required propostion to each transport pipe T1-TN can be started. |
