PURPOSE:To provide a titled inverting device which inverts long sized steel materials and welds said materials satisfactorily in always flat positions by grasping and fixing the main materials freely rotatably by means of annular turning bodies which are disposed on a stand so as to face each other and are mounted freely turnably to the respective plural machine frames. CONSTITUTION:This inverting device 1 for welding is provided with a stand 5 freely rockingly on a base plate 3, and on this stand 5, machine frames 9 are mounted on plural pedestals 7 which are disposed so as to face each other freely adjustably in positions in mutually attaching and detaching directions. Annular turning bodies 11 are provided to the respective machine frames 9 freely turnably and partly freely openably and closably. The 1st, the 2nd supports 13, 14 which are freely attachable and detachable to and from each other as fixing devices that grasp and fix long-sized main materials freely and opening and closing machines 17 for releasing a part of the bodies 11 are provided to said bodies 11. Rolls which contact with the inside circumferential parts of the bodies 11 are mounted freely turnably on one side on the respective frames 9 in their preceding end parts and the base parts of lifting arms turned by link mechanisms are pivotally fitted freely turnably. |
