<p>PURPOSE:To treat waste water of processing of red cuttlefishes efficiently in extremely cold climatic areas as well, by spraying org. waste water which is removed of solids and suspended solids as far as possible by a precision filtration method on filter beds packed with woodmeal and treating the same microbilogically with aerobic bacteria. CONSTITUTION:The waste water of processing of red cuttlefishes is fed from a raw liquid tank 1 into a rotary screen 2. The SS filtered out with a rotary screen 2 are removed, and the filtrate is further filtered with a rotary screen 2' of slightly smaller meshes and is separated similarly to SS and filtrate. If necessary, the filtrate is passed through a primary filtration tank 3 then through a leaf filter 4 whereby fine SS are removed. The filtrate subjected to precision filtration is passed through a water spraying filter bed 6 packed with wooden chips of 1-5mm. length, 1-3mm. width, 0.3-1mm. thickness, 0.3-0.4 apparent specific gravity and 80-85% voids; thereafter the treated-water is released through a pit 7.</p> |
