PURPOSE:To diminish working time in a reaction injection molding by a method wherein a runner gate and a flash connecting to a molded article are cut as forces are clamped after molding and the molded article is pushed out from the cavity after the forces are opened. CONSTITUTION:The die cavity formed by a top force 1 and the cavity 2a formed by a bottom force 2 is charged with material from a runner gate 15b and the material is cured to form a molded plate 5 with which the runner gate 6 and the flash 7 are connected. A main projecting pin 8 is projected, a movable plate 9 and movable side-plate projecting pins 14a, 14b, 14c that are fixed to the movable plate 9 and different from each other in length are lifted up, a movable side-plate 15 is moved progressively upward and the runner gate 6 and the flash 7 are cut by the cutting edge part 15a of the side plate 15. Then, a projecting accessory plate 10 does not move because as spring 12 is compressed. When the main projecting pin 8 projects further after the forces are opened, the movable plate 9 is lifted further, therefore, the projecting accessory plate 10 and the molded product projecting pin 13 also are lifted to project the molded plate 5 from the bottom cavity 2a. |
