PURPOSE:To extract faulty information with which a continuous process is impossible for a console controller using microprocessors, by connecting the scan buses to these microprocessors via the switch mechanisms, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The scan-out buses X-BUS9 and X-BUS10 are usually connected to a microprocessor units of A and B processors 1 and 2. The processors 1 and 2 function to extract the data for a fault process. For instance, if a fault is detected at the unit 3 of the processor 1 and the fault process is impossible, the processor 1 gives the machine check interruption requesting signal to the processor 2. Then the bus is switched for a bus switching unit 11 when the reception signal is sent back from the processor 2. Thus the faulty information within the processor 1 is extracted. |
