PURPOSE:To obtain carp rolled in sea tangle free from smell of its own, by deodorizing a carp by partial freezing. CONSTITUTION:A carp is treated by partial freezing wherein it is frozen at -3 deg.C about 40hr, it is dried constantly so that it is deodorized in some degree. It is cut into slices of raw fish and rolled in sea tangle, to give cut slices of carp rolled in sea tangle, which are boiled with seasoning. |
