The product is broken down in a seasoning liquid mixture or seasoning mixture. It is then vibrated, possibly under vacuum or while stirring. The animal product is in the vessel. There is a stand which has a vertically movable arm its lower end supports a plate which is about the same width as the vessel. The plate cooperates with a lifting motor and a vibration motor.
