<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the deletion of an unnecessary word and the addition of a new word by providing a directory part wherein a flag for showing the deletion of a word and a flag for the addition of a new word are set and an auxiliary storage device wherein new words are registered. CONSTITUTION:The flag 3b for the new word addition is set for a word in a general word dictionary part 3 at a position where a word to be added is inserted. Under the control of a new word directory part 6, the new word is registered in a new word dictionary part 4 corresponding to the flag 3b. Consequently, the flag is searched for through a directory part 5 to fine the flag 3b for addition of new words and consequently, it is known that the word added right before a word given the flag 3b is registered in a new word dictionary part 4. Thus, the new word dictionary part 4 is searched through a new word directory part 6 to read added new words to a device body 1 and they are used to drawn up a document.</p> |
