PURPOSE:To improve the utility rate of the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet by partly removing in advance the aluminum die cast member around a bridge, completely assembling and then cutting and removing the bridge. CONSTITUTION:A laminated core a forms together with a shaft 5 a magnet rotor 1 by integrally punching a pole piece 21, an inside core 22 and a bridge 23 from one iron plate and fixing a magnet 3 and a laminated iron core 2 via an aluminum die cast member 4. Jigs are inserted into both sides in the vicinities of the center of the bridge 23 in the step of die casting the aluminum, are removed after the die casting step, and a space 6 is then produced. The bridge is cut off by cutting both ends of the bridge 23 exposed in the space 6. In this manner, the magnetic flux which flows at the bridge 23 is reduced, thereby improving the utility rate of the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet. |
