<p>PURPOSE:To reduce cracks of lead wiring part by insulating the wiring part with a composition which mixes ester oligomer obtained by reacting carboxylic acid content mainly containing unsaturated carboxylic acid with polyvalent alcohol and unsaturated polyester resin modified with plant oil or the like. CONSTITUTION:Unsaturated carboxylic acid represented by the general formula to be used for manufacturing ester oligomer (where X signifies alpha-, beta-unsaturated hydrocarbon group containing 2 or 3 carbons, and n signifies 2 or 3) obtained by reacting polymer product produced by heating and reacting cyclopentadiene with 1,3-pentadiene with alpha-, beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride by esterification or addition reaction. Further, polyvalent alcohol and carboxylic acid are used at equivalent ratio of 1:0.7-1 and are condensed to obtain ester oligomer. Modified unsaturated polyester resin is obtained by employing as acid content saturated carboxylic acid and modifying it with plant oil or its fatty acid. Curable resin composition is obtained by mixing 2-20pts.wt. of ester oligomer and 98-80pts.wt. of modified unsaturated polyester resin.</p> |
