PURPOSE:To alleviate bore processing accuracy, by a method wherein a plastic deformation is made to occur on a bore part of an impeller by applying pressure on both sides of the impeller which is fitted to a turbine shaft. CONSTITUTION:As for washers 9 to be inserted on both sides of an impeller 5, circular or partial protrusions 10 are formed on their circumferences centering around a shaft center of a turbine shaft 3, which are in the vicinity of bores of the washers 9. A plastic deformation is generated on the end face of the impeller 5 corresponding to the protrusion 10 when a nut 8 is tightened, and a gap between a bore of the impeller 5 and the turbine shaft 3 becomes zero. As the zero gap is obtained like this, bore processing accuracy of the impeller 5 can be alleviated. Eccentricity of the turbine shaft 3 can be prevented through aligning action applicable at the time of the plastic deformation. |
