CONSTITUTION:After linear welding two overlapped metallic plates 2, 3 by a laser beam, the plates are inserted between a rigid body 14 having faces 13 separated from each other. After sealing the outlet 6, high pressure fluid is introduced from the inlet between the two metallic plates 2, 3 and the metallic plate 2, 3 between weld lines 7, 10 are bulged out to form passages 11 of heat medium. At this time, the rigid body 14 restrains excessive bulging to make passages desired size and shape. |
