PURPOSE:To attain a reel turntable device without hindrance at cassette half loading functionally and without provision of a tension adder separately, by eliminating the play between a tape hub and the reel turntable, suppressing the fluctuation in tension and improving the performance. CONSTITUTION:In holding a cassette half 19 at a cassette half holding means, the reel turntable 12 is returned, a restoring elastic force of a coil spring 16 is exerted on a tape hub 5 from the outer circumference (taper surface) of a coupling shaft 14 to couple the tape hub 5 to the shaft 14 without a play and to couple projections 5a1-a6 to latch projections 14a1-a3 without a play, resulting in that the tape hub 5 is positioned to the center of the reel turntable 12 automatically for automatic alignment. Further, the tape 20 wound around the tape hub 5 is pressed on a sheet (a sheet located at the upper side of a figure) with the restoring elastic force of the coil spring 16 for the provision of the required tape tension. |
