The suspension arrangement draws a pilot line through pylons which have a central line hauling roller placed under a crossways beam and between the pylon legs. The thus laid line is then used subsequently for positioning a high speed cable. The arrangement comprises an outrigger extending forwards in the cable dragging direction from the drawing mechanism. Counterweights are connected to the free front end of the outrigger. The fixture point for the suspension line from the helicopter is fitted above the outrigger in a position between the cable dragging device and the counterweights where these balance each other out. |
