摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the troubles such as jammed status of parts and improve the efficiency by aligning the parts fed into a tiltable box-shaped hopper having an alignment groove in the bottom part through tilting the hopper and adsorbing the parts by a vacuum adsorbing head and supplying the parts into other processes. CONSTITUTION:A lever 6 swings in the direction of arrows D and E through the revolution of a cam 4, and a box-shaped hopper 1 is tilted alternately to the positions B and C, with respect to the Position A serving as a center, through a rotary lever 10. Therefore, the parts fed into the hopper 1 are slided in the groove 13 formed on the bottom of the hopper 1, and then aligned and stopped by a hopper 14, and the excessive ones fall down to the positions F and G. The excessive parts are perfectly removed through attraction 16 and air blow 17. After alignment is completed, the parts are adsorbed by a vacuum adsorbing head 15 and supplied into other pocesses. These operations are repeated between the positins B and C. Thus, the troubles such as jummed status of parts can be prevented, and the operational efficiency can be improved.
