PURPOSE:To provide possibility of setting a proper tension at necessary timing by using a low-inertia motor for winding a wire round the core of armature, allowing this to work as a generator, and by controlling the torque produced regardless of the number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:This arrangement for giving the wire 6 a proper etension when a wire 6 unwound off from a bobbin 11 is to be wound round a core of armature, is composed of a pulley 16 installed at the inlet of a flyer, not illustrated, for the purpose of inducing the wire when it is wound and a low-inertia motor 17 to work as a generator, where the pulley 16 and motor 17 are connected with each other. In order to absorb an eventual slackness of the wire between the flyer and pulley 16, a mechanism to eliminate the slackness by a lever 18 with spring is arranged between the pulley 16 and a pretensioner 10. The abovementioned low-inertia motor 17 is connected in series with a control circuit 21 and a bias power source 22, where the control circuit 21 performs control on the basis of commands fro a microcomputer 19. |
