PURPOSE:To suck and coat a resin sheet simply to the male tongue section and female tongue section of the board for building by placing the board for building with the tongue onto an endless belt with an opening hole, coating the surface and tongue section of the board for building with the resin sheet and sucking and fixing the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The endless belt 5 to which the opening holes 3 bored in dotted shapes and sucking grooves 4 continuing to the opening holes are formed is set up between the guides 6 of the upper surface of a plate-shaped vacuum plate 2 to which a suction hole 1 is formed. The board 8 for building with the tongue having air permeability is placed onto the upper surface of the belt 5, the male tongue section 9 and female tongue section 10 of the board 8 are coated with the synthetic resin sheet 11, and the upper section of the sheet is surrounded by a Teflon sheet 12. Hot air is blown against the male tongue section 9 and the female tongue section 10 from nozzles 14 while the sheet 11 of the female tongue section 10 is pushed by an inverted-character correcting jig 13, both ends of the sheet 11 are sucked through vacuum boxes 7, the opening holes 3 and the sucking grooves 4 at the same time, and the male tongue section 9 and the female tongue section 10 are sucked and coated by the sheet 11. |
