PURPOSE:To prepare the titled oily gel product having a covering layer with no viscous contamination monolithically formed on the surface thereof, by a method wherein a composition consisting of a rubber component having a double coupling and a peroxide crosslinking agent is preliminarily molded, and the resultant work is sealed in a bagform molded work to crosslink a rubber component. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. a rubber component, i.e., natural rubber, butadiene rubber, having a double coupling in a molecule, is added at lower than a decomposition temperature with (B) 0.05-15pts.wt. a peroxide crosslinking agent, i.e., methylethylketone peroxide, and the obtained composition is processed under conditions of at about 60-170 deg.C and for 5-360min to preliminarily form it into a required shape. The obtained preliminarily molded work is sealed in a bagform molded work consisting of a film, i.e., nylon film, being impermeable to oxygen, and the resultant work is heated and processed to gel it. |
