PURPOSE:To wind a tape around a reel to constant length, by allowing an elastic pin to projects elastically into the groove of the center hole of the reel inserted into a take-up spindle, and rotating the reel securely on the take-up spindle without idling an inserted empty reel. CONSTITUTION:As a conveying means, a conveyor 2 which sends in a tray having a detachably mounted reel to a sending-in position as a conveyance position 1 and also sends out the tray from a sending-out position as the conveyance position 1 is usable and the conveyor performs the conveyance with the tray stood. A supplying means sends in and sends out a reel and has a rotary arm 3 which clamps and conveys the reel. A winding means winds a video tape around a couple of reels sent in to a winding position 5 to specific length; the reels are sent in and out at the same conveyance position. The rotary arm 3 has two straight arm parts, which rotate at 180 degrees to send in and out the reels. |
