PURPOSE:To easily confirm display information, by providing an inclined face which falls toward the reverse side from the front of a camera body, on the upper part of the camera, and providing a plane type information display along its inclined face. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a pentaprism of an upper cover C of a camera body, a plane inclined part which falls toward the reverse side from the front of the camera body is provided, and on said part, a photographic information display D is placed. The dispaly D is constituted by dividing it into a reflection type display part in which a passive reflector 9 exists, and a transmission type display part in which the passive reflector 9 does not exist, and a light diffusing part 3a for lighting is provided, and information displayed by the transmission type liquid crystal display part passes through a sub-prism provided on a part of a pentaprism P, through a through-hole Sa, and reaches a photographer's eye through an eyepiece 23. Also, display information of the reflection type liquid crystal display part can be observed through a display window 3 from the outside of the camera. |
