PURPOSE:To enable improving of accuracy of a molded work, saving of a labor, and reducing of a manufacturing cost, by detecting a trouble on a machine under a molding process through monitoring of a clamping time, an injecting primary pressure time, a weighing time and a molding cycle time. CONSTITUTION:A clamping time, an injecting primary pressure time, and a one cycle time are measured in order by a counter 1, and the measuring times are inputted in a memory part 2 and a comparing part 3. Further, each motion stroke time is monitored at the comparing part 3 by means of data of timers 6 and 7 determined from a preceding reference time. If one molding cycle is completed, each motion stroke time of a current molding cycle serves a reference time for a following molding cycle, and when a partial motion stroke time in one molding cycle deviates from a data of a timer, the occurrence of a trouble is detected. |
