Method for manufacturing frozen dessert composition is prepaed. Frozen dessert composition is a mixture of 1.5%-20% protein sources, 4%-20% fats, stabilizer to prevent ice crystallization, sweetening materials and stearoy1-2-lactylic acid or alkali earth materials. This mixture can be diluted up to about 30-60% solid total contents. When shipping is made to increase original volume up to 1.75 times, frozen dessert composition is manufactured. |
