PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of achieving low power consumption and high accuracy when receiving a detection signal from a physical quantity transducer and converting an input signal from a detection circuit from analog to digital, and electronic equipment and a mobile body.SOLUTION: A circuit device 20 includes a detection circuit 60 which detects a detection signal from a physical quantity transducer 12, and an A/D conversion unit 100 which converts an input signal SA1 from the detection circuit 60 from analog to digital. The A/D conversion unit 100 includes a first A/D conversion circuit 102, and a second A/D conversion circuit 104 for which at least one of an A/D conversion system, a sampling frequency, a resolution, and an input dynamic range is different from the first A/D conversion circuit 102. In a first mode, the first A/D conversion circuit 102 converts the input signal SA1 from analog to digital. In a second mode, the second A/D conversion circuit 104 converts the input signal SA1 from analog to digital.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
