<p>PURPOSE:To inform to user at the generation of failure, by providing a memory storing a voice parameter for emergency in addition to a conventional voice parameter storage memory and controlling both independently. CONSTITUTION:A CPU transmits a message in voice from a voice parameter in a main memory MEM. If there exists a failure in the CPU and the MEM, the continuity of this state for a prescribed time is detected at a time TIM, it is transmitted to an emergency exclusive processor SCPU and the generation of the failure is notified to telephone sets under service via a voice response section VOA by using the voice parameter in a voice parameter for emergency in a storage memory OP. Thus, if the readout of the voice parameter is not performed from the CPU/MEM especially, the information of the failure is done for the users by transmitting the voice parameter for emergency from the OP.</p> |
