PURPOSE:To eject a white paper without a dirt of texture independently of the toner density at a white paper ejection time, by not only turning off a charger but also stopping the rotation of a developing roll until a transfer paper is ejected as the white paper as it is after a white paper ejection signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:When a button of white paper copy is depressed and the transfer paper is fed out to a transfer position, a light source 12 is not lit, and a primary charger 15, a developing roll 17a of a developing device 17, a transfer charger 18, a separating charger 19, etc. are turned off as they are, though a photosensitive drum 14 is rotated. In the white paper mode, the photosensitive drum 14 is not charged electrically, and the developing roll 17a is not rotated, and therefore, the quantity of a toner stuck to the photosensitive drum 14 is very small even if the toner density is high. Consequently, the toner is prevented from being stuck to the transfer paper to cause a dirt of texture, and the white paper is ejected at an approximately normal timing. |
