PURPOSE:To improve the transmission efficiency with low cost, by performing the transmission added with a redundancy bit for the transmission format including a parity bit at the transmission side and applying the code detection and error correction including the redundancy bit at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:In encoding code producing circuits 21, 31, the inverted data is produced to the initial transmission data, one-bit parity is added to the initial data and the inverted data, the redundance code CRC is produced to the initial transmission data (22-bit) including the parity code and an inverted duplicate transmission data (22-bit) separately, the CRC for initial data is added to the initial transmission data (22-bit), and the CRC is added to the inverting duplicate data to produce the transmission code. Code detecting circuits 22, 32 at the reception side perform the code detecting processing using the CRC, perform the error bit correction and apply the parity check for the error detecting processing for the normal standardized transmission format. |
