COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR INHIBITING PDGFRBETA AND VEGF-A Disclosed are antagonists of PDGF receptor P (PDGFRp) and VEGF-A, including neutralizing anti-PDGFRp and anti-VEGF-A antibodies, as well as related compositions and methods. Anti-PDGFRp and anti-VEGF-A antibodies disclosed herein include bispecific antibodies capable of binding and neutralizing both PDGFRp and VEGF-A. Also disclosed are methods of treating a neovascular disorder, such as cancer or a neovascular ocular disorder, using a PDGFRp and/or VEGF-A antagonist.
