PURPOSE:To prevent a printed form from changing in color owing to staying it on a heating plate for a long time, by forcibly feeding the form even if no print command arrives if the printed form stays on the heating plate for the constant time. CONSTITUTION:Counter 10 for the stop time of a continuous form counts signals from AND20 with both time signal A and jam signal B, but never performs the counting operation during arrival of paper feed signal C. After the counting operation continues for a certain time, inverter 30 performs inversion with output 1 and FF40 is set. With output Q, counter 10 is reset and its signal is inputted to MS50. The output of MS50 sets FF60, and in response to output Q of FF60 and signal B, motor drive signal D is sent out of NAND70 to feed the paper forcibly. Then, FF60 is reset by NANDs 90 and 90' and inverter 101 through page-number control counter 80 and with page signal E, form length signals L and L', etc., to stop the paper, and this operation is performed successively to prevent the paper from growing yellowish. |
