PURPOSE:To reduce the friction of the surface of a mold package at the time of lead frame cut-out by a method wherein the height of a pusher is formed higher than the upper surface of the mold package of the lead frame by providing the bottom of a magazine with stepwise differences. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of the pusher 14 is so formed as to become higher than the upper surface of the mold package 2, when the lead frames 1 and the pusher 14 are arranged on the bottom 16b of the magazine 15. When the pusher 14 is inserted into the magazine 5 from this state, the lead frame 1 is pushed forward in the left direction. When the pusher 14 is further advanced, the lead frame which is pushed forward is located on the lower bottom 16a. At the time, the part S of the upper surface of the part of the maximum diameter of the pusher 14 supports the lower surface of the mold package of the next lead frame, therefore damages or frictions due to rubbing between the mold package of the lowermost lead frame and the mold package of the next lead frame can be prevented during the transfer of the former lead frame. |
