PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an in-line mixer or the like and to miniaturize the equipment by modulating an output leaked to receiving signal input side of a receiving local oscillator applied to the mixer by an amplitude or a phase modulator with an order signal or a control signal, and transmitting the output from an antenna. CONSTITUTION:A mixer section is formed as an in-line mixer having two high- frequency input terminals inputting separately a receiving signal and an output of the receiving local oscillator 5, and an intermediate frequency output terminal 17. Further, a reactance element 14 is provided to a line of the receiving local oscillator side opposite to the input side of the receiving signal so as to match the receiving signal with a mixer diode 15, and the output of the receiving local oscillator 5 is inputted via this element 14. |
