Pasta foods such as macaroni, spaghetti and the like which have color and aroma of specified natural fruit, and a process for the preparation thereof, are disclosed. The process comprises mixing natural fruit juice with wheat flour and other components for preparing pasta, and subjecting the mixture to a pasta-making process. |
