PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of the titled heat clloector and to prevent the distortion or cracking of the heat collector by a method wherein the heat collector plate and the frame surrounding the former are formed integral with each other by using a synthetic resin material and recesses are formed at desired positions of the flat section of the heat collecting plate so as to adsorb thermal stress applied on the haet collecting plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pipe lines through which a heat medium circulates are arranged crosswise and the heat collecting plate 1 provided with upper and lower headers 16 and 17 for making the upper and the lower ends of the pipe lines communicate with one another and the frame 10 surrounding the outer periphery of the heat collecting plate 1 are formed integral with each other by blow-molding the synthetic resin material such as polyethylene, to thereby produce the solar heat collector. In this case, the pipe lines 15 are connected by the flat sections 11 and the heat collecting plate and the frame 10 are connected by a flat section 12. Further, narrow elongated recesses 13 are formed at the desired positions of the flat sections 11 and 12 so that thermal stress applied on the heat collecting plate 1 is adsorbed by the recesses. |
