A tray 1, carrying pins 3 at regular angular intervals, is driven by a pneumatic actuator 13 by means of an oscillating collar 16. Onto this collar there is articulated a retractable pawl 11 which, when the collar advances, grasps one of the pins 3 and clamps it against a retractable bolt 10 and which, when the collar returns, grasps the next pin 3. <IMAGE>
