<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled machine capable of accelerating working speed and performing stable welding without increasing ultrasonic oscillation output by heating a push roller and giving auxiliary heat to work material. CONSTITUTION:A push roller 16 is heated, work material is put by the spring force of a compression spring 27 between the push roller 16 and a working surface 14, a working hone 13 is placed under ultrasonic oscillation and an oscillator assembly 7 and the push roller 16 are rotated. The working material is welded not only by heating due to ultrasonic oscillation given from the working surface 14 but secondarily by the heat from the push roller 16.</p> |
