REGULATOR FOR POSITION OF LASER TUBE

PURPOSE:To regulate the position of the laser tube simply with high accuracy by projecting reflected light from a Brewster window to a plate for regulating the position of the tube interlocking with a laser-tube holder and regulating the position of the laser tube from the position of a light spot of the projection. CONSTITUTION:The plate 9 for regulating the position of the tube is fixed to the laser-tube holder 5 by a fixture 12. The laser tube 7 is positioned at a laser-tube support section 13, and the laser-tube holder 5 is fixed by a push plate 14. The position of the tube is regulated in a movable shape along a shaft 15 in the vertical direction and along a shaft 16 rectangular to an optical axis in the lateral direction. The plate 9 for regulating the position of the tube is moved together with the laser-tube holder 5 because it is fixed to the laser-tube support section 13 by the fixture 12. A line hi parallel with the optical axis and a vertical line jk are drawn on the plate 9 for regulating the position of the tube, and the plate 9 for regulating the position of the tube can be moved prescribed by a guide 17 in the line hi direction on the fixture 12. The laser-tube holder 5 is moved so that a thin line 19 crosses with the optical axis, and the plate 9 for regulating the position of the tube is regulated so that the thin line 19 crosses on the light spot (b) on the Brewster window 8.
