PURPOSE:To obtain one-turn cut type rolled iron core with high productivity by controlling rotation of windings and roller in accordance with an iron plate winding length command issued from an operation mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An iron plate 1 is wound in such a length corresponding to the length which is wound by a single turn of shaft 23, cut and wound by a winding belt. A pulse generator 30 measures a winding length in accordance with the length of iron plate 1, an arithmetic operation unit 33 issues a command for iron plate winding length by a single turn of the shaft 23, and a roller rotation control mechanism 20 and a shaft rotation control mechanism 27 control the rotation in such a manner that the iron plate 1 is sent to a feed roller 16 and a shaft 23 for winding in the length corresponding to the specified winding length. |
