PURPOSE:To reduce the switching loss of an inverter circuit by providing a base current control circuit for flowing a reverse base current through a feedback coil at the transistors of the inverter circuit when the inverter circuit shifts to OFF, thereby rapidly turning OFF the transistor. CONSTITUTION:Base current control circuits Q3, Q4 are composed of diodes D7, D8, and a reverse current is flowed through feedback coils NB1, NB2 to transistors TR1, TR2. When the reverse base current is flowed through the coils NB1, NB2, the voltage for flowing the reverse base current to the transistors TR1, TR2 becomes high, and the transistors TR1, TR2 are abruptly shifted from ON state to OFF state. |
