PRESSURE APPARATUS COMPENSATING VALVE

PURPOSE:To prevent pressure apparatus from breakage by providing a valve seat surface between the transmtted side conduit and the pressure source sid conduit of a main body and arranging a valve body having a pressure receiving surface on an end of a rod and opposed to the valve seat surface to interpose a spring between an adjusting handle and the rod. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat surface 25 is provided between the pressure source side conduit 21 of a main body 2 and the transmitted side conduit 23 and a valve body 41 having a pressure receiving surface 41A on an end of a rod 42 is arranged to oppose the valve seat surface 25 to interpose a spring 53 between a threaded rod 62 provided with an adjusting handle 61 and the rod 42. Thus, when surge pressure corresponding to the maximum allowable pressure for pressure apparatus is produced in the pressure source side conduit 21, the pressure receiving surface 41A of the valve body 41 receives the surge pressure and urges the valve body 41 against a spring 53 to the valve seat surface 25 to interrupt communication between the transmitted side conduit 23 and the pressure source side conduit 21 so that the pressure apparatus can be prevented from breakage.
