PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of a reconstituted picture, by providing a solid-state radiant ray detector where fluorescent substance is arranged in lattice on a plane image formed with a radiant ray image and dividing the irradiated quantity of light of the fluorescent substance into a lattice so as to reconstitute the picture. CONSTITUTION:When the image of a radiant ray is formed on a grid 2, a scintillator 2a arranged in a lattice is irradiated in response to the intensity of the radiant ray. This irradiated light is deflected around a specific phase via the 1st deflection plate 3, made incident to an optical crystal 4, where birefringence effect is produced along the arrow X at each region between transparent electrodes provided on the optical crystal 4 in synchronizing with the pitch of a pulse generator 8, and the light having a phase passing through the 2nd deflection plate 5 is scanned sequentially in the X direction and extracted. The transmitted light from the 2nd deflection plate 5 is led to an optical linear sensor 7 via a light guide 6 in lattice shape and converted into an electric signal. |
