PURPOSE:To make the length of a wound yarn in each unit, by counting the signals from a pulse signal oscillator provided on a shaft of a winding roll, etc. with a monitoring device, and calculating the loss from signals of yarn breakage and signals of completed yarn ending sent from each spinning unit, and giving signals when the difference becomes the value of the full bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal oscillator 14 is mounted on a shaft of a draw-off roll 7 or a shaft 13 of a winding roll 8, and the rotational counts of pulse signals sent from the pulse signals oscillator 14 are counted by a monitoring device 12. On the other hand, the loss count due to the yarn breakage is counted by the monitoring device 12 on signals of yarn breakage and signals of completed yarn ending sent from a yarn breakage sensor 11 provided in each spinning unit 1. The loss count due to the yarn breakage is subtracted from the rotational counts by the monitoring device 12. When the difference reaches the count of the full bobbin, signals of full bobbin are given to push up a cradle arm 9 and stop the winding of a yarn (Y). |
