PURPOSE:To suppress occurrence of sheet trouble to the minimum by constituting a simple sheet conveying route in the case of recording on both sides of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:Since a solenoid 26 is excited to attract during action, a sheet guide plate 22 is turned from the state 22' of a broken line to the state 22 of a full line. So, a sheet ejected from the ejection roller 20 of the first printer is introduced with the plate 22, and a conveyance guide 38 leads the sheet upward. When a sheet sensor 39 detects the end of the sheet, the second printer is controlled, a feed roller 61 starts rotation almost at the same time as the end of the sheet reaches a feed roll 43, and the sheet having passed through a conveyor 4 is fed with the reversed state. As a result, both side recording can be carried out in a simple manner without manual handling, and further, sheet trouble can be suppressed to the minimum. |
