PURPOSE:To decrease greatly the number of working processes for inspection by collating the processing data needed for programs to be inspected in the collected information with the reference value on the basis of the collation information and then displaying only the result of collation to a display device. CONSTITUTION:A tester supplies the collation information i5 from a keyboard 31, and the information 15 is stored to a collation information memory circuit 27. An information collecting circuit 24 in a program tracing device 20 collects successively the collection information i2 on the execution address, the processing data, etc. which are transferred on a bus 13 within a processor 1 and then records the information i2 to a collection information memory circuit 25. A collection information collating circuit 28 refers to the collation information i5 within the circuit 27 and extracts the processing data needed for inspection out of the information i2 recoreded to the circuit 25 to collate it with the reference value. The result i6 of collation is sent to a display device 32 for display. |
