PURPOSE:To execute other processing program which is lower than a conversational processing level by deciding a generating interval of an interrupting signal from a keyboard input device, and inhibiting the start of the succeeding processing program to be processed by the interruption. CONSTITUTION:When an interruption is executed from a keyboard input device 6, whether it is an interruption for a conversation or not is decided. If it is an interruption for conversation, an arithmetic unit 1 stores a time in this case, in an area 4a of a main memory 3. Subsequently, a deciding program of the area 4b of the main memory 3 is started. The deciding program 4b reads out the time of the present interruption and the time of the previous interruption from the area 4a of the main memory 3, and decides whether its difference value is larger than a reference value or not. When its result is below a prescribed value, the start of the succeeding program to be processed by an interruption is inhibited, and a guide message with respect to it is displayed on a CRT display 7. |
